About me

From the UK, been working in kitchens and home renovations since leaving school.

Interests

Spent time making music until two years ago, when my interests shifted to organised activism. Cooking for big groups, friends and in Küche. Too lazy to cook for just myself. Love camping and cycling trips. Likes to dance, but Berlin DJs are a**holes.

Beliefs

I believe in the power of us, the masses united, and the strength of community collectively building a society free from violence and oppression. I believe that our ancestors have been building a road to liberation for hundreds of years and we are here to keep this moving step by step until we have total liberation.

Hopes and Dreams

My main agenda at the moment is to be a part of the movement to transform the education system and remove the private and/or state capabilities to own and control educational institutions. As we know here in Europe and the so-called United States, under the ownership of multinational corporations unis and schools disseminate information, history, and narrative that normalise the wide patriarchal, cis-capitalist system, and try to legitimise the present colonial projects which include occupations, forced mineral extractions, genocide, and a militarised world order.

My hope is to try and assist this transition to put education back in the hands of the people. I want to facilitate both the history of colonised land, incorporating oral history accounts and other currently non-recognised methods by educational institutions, used to pass information and history from generation to generation, and to create the ground for re-shaping the curriculum to teach our youth about the systematic division of society based on race, gender, class, immigration status and so on, that creates disunity and fractures the movement of liberation.

Prison

It’s calm. The state is trying to make it as uncomfortable as possible but that’s expected. Overall ups and downs, but I’m healthy.

Feelings at the Moment

Lots of frustration and rage at what is happening to our siblings in Gaza and the rest of occupied Palestine which is getting worse. From the filtered news we get in here it seems that there is a lot of talk about peace and ceasefire, but all the while the genocide of Palestinians continues, the Zionist war keeps martyring innocents, taking more Palestinian land, arming more settlers, and further strengthening its apartheid regime.

Huge hugs and a big thanks for all letters I receive, and the support networks making this time manageable. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
